Seamless elbow  

Use of seamless elbow:  

Seamless elbow is suitable for pipeline system of petroleum, natural gas, chemical, hydropower, construction and boiler industries.  Without tube blank as raw material, the cost of tube making equipment and mould can be saved, and the carbon steel elbow with arbitrary large diameter and relatively thin wall thickness can be obtained.  

It can shorten the manufacturing cycle and greatly reduce the production cost.  Because it does not need any common equipment, it is especially suitable for processing large carbon steel elbow on site.  The blank is flat or developable surface, so the material is simple, the precision is easy to ensure, and the assembly and welding are convenient.  

Advantages of carbon steel seamless elbow:  

Its raw material is carbon steel, the metal is harmless (carbon and hydrogen two kinds of no element composition, without adding any toxic stabilizer, very healthy).
